The primary objective of this project was to work responsibly with what already existed, preserving the unique character of the original home while reimagining the interior spaces to cater to the evolving needs of a growing family. Additionally, the design response sought to redefine the home's connection with its surroundings, creating a stronger relationship with the garden through a contemporary addition. This transformative space, featuring a striking large corner window, blurs the boundaries between the indoors and outdoors.
The design seamlessly blends the beloved familiarity of the original home with the allure of the inviting openness introduced by the new addition. The culmination is a home meticulously crafted for growth and longevity.
